I emailed the company to ask for a rough estimate quote and i got a quick feedback but not the feedback i was expecting. I received a call from the company as the photos that i sent was “terrible” and the product was apparently damage according to the photos when it was just dirt that contaminated it due to handling the product. I was told to take better photos which i was happy to do but i didn’t see the point as the part is a totally different colour from the car which they apparently didn’t know until i informed them. I specifically included to what colour i want it to be painted in the email via paint code hence why i didn’t take good quality photos of the current paint. I understand that it’s not easy giving a rough estimate quote but they could have asked nicely to just bring the part in for a quote like the other workshop that i also contacted, but instead they handled this very unprofessional and rude, specifically to the person i spoke with.

One of the best car service repair I have attended to via CGU insurance. A big thank you to Barbara who assisted me in the repairs! I live remotely and she went all out to help me and organise the repair in a very timely manner. Respond to emails and phone calls are all done professionally.The team even went all out and vacuumed my car after all the External repairs are done.The speed of repair is 6/5 as well! They managed to order, repair, repaint and clean my car 1 day before the quoted time.

They have done work on my GT before & am happy to send it back to them again. It's my pride n joy this car & have full trust in A&H Panels

Awesome advice.I popped in this morning to get a quote about a roof re-spray. Suggestions and what was involved, along with additional ideas were explained.Patient, honest, polite, knowledgeable and fair priced would be how I describe my experience. This is the worst auto repair shop for me . They took more then 1.5 month to say my car going to write off or repairable , always said working on it working on it but always liying, not even pick up my phone call. I have visited more then 10 times for to know about my car. They always lying to me and my wife. I request to my insurance then change repair place he solve the problems within 3 business day and car was total loss. They make us really sufferer for nearly 2 month and they kept my car for more then 3 week and not even say anything . So Please guyz don't go this place to tepairs your car. Just talk to your insurance to change another repairs.

Great friendly service. Brought my car over to get it repaired. They had a look at it and told me the problem, and helped me understand how to fix it myself. They didn’t even charge me. Great friendly service with a helping heart.

When you talk of going the extra mile to satisfy customers. The receptionist Tori and especially the owner Manueli. Honesty, transparency, efficiency, great customer service and all round good humans are what you bound to experience.

Had a accident my 2 passenger side door were damaged. So my insurance CGU recommended A&H, this is how I learnt, that people that are no good at what they do, and can't be hired by other people start their own business. I brought my Subaru in he took photos, details, etc and said he would be in touch. 7 months latter I contacted CGU and asked when was it going to repaired. They said “it's been done” followed by “double claims are illegal” after talking to many people at CGU they finally agreed for me to bring it back to A&H. Turns out Nick Pastrikos was the one who did the fraud and clamed payment and not done the work. CGU then force me to go to him for the repairs as they didn't want to pay for someone else to do the repairs. Another 3 weeks went by until he said it was ready, went there. Discovered 2 more new dents and scraps to my car he said not my problem call my insurer so he can get paid to fix his damages. Checked the work the door skins was collapsing he just sigh and said guess I better fix that, another 2 weeks finally got the doors fixes more damages to my car. I couldn't start it as his Dad left the lights on and killed the battery. Thought it was over but a few months latter the paint started peeling of had to take it back to A&H where he repainted the door and over sprayed every panel next to the door. All up cost me 2k to get all the damages done by A&H fixed by a proper panel beater. Nick is just one of the doggy Greeks that live in Darwin Avoid this company at cost and you will save.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with A&H's receptionist, a very capable and friendly lady, she was incredibly diligent and responsible, always keeping me informed and up-to-date on my FJ cruiser's repair progress and parts delivery status. Her level of customer service was exceptional, and she made the whole process stress-free for me.The mechanics at the shop were also very skilled and professional, and they did a fantastic job with the repairs. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.Overall, I highly recommend A&H for their top-quality auto repair services, and in particular, their fantastic receptionist who went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
