Rite Price Heating & Cooling

Airconditioner was installed as faulty, very noisy. Installer informed me it was a warranty issue not installation so walked away into his van and left. How can it be a warranty issue when its never been used? Called sales man Brian, he was not interested as he got his sale and informed me they're doing all they can 2 weeks later........ i informed him thats why im making all the phone calls chasing and NOT him. After making over 20 phone calls and many hrs off work waiting for technitions to show up, which at 4.50 pm on a Friday the guy never showed up, yet he told the office i had cancelled to go out. I never cancelled it was completely untrue. Right price informed me that Samsung are hopeless and not great at fixing warranty work. Then why are you selling them ? Why put a customer through what i have gone through? So right price sent another technition out at the 7 weeks mark to check it again, meanwhile i have been sending recordings of the terrible noise the airconditioner makes, but Samsung guy said nothings wrong with it. Theres a massive communication breakdown with right price, to samsung, then the company that samsung use. 6 technitions later at almost the 2 month mark of having it installed it now works as the 6th technition did his job and showed up! It definitely was faulty, but i had to threaten legal action that if this didn't work after 2 months of trying i want it replaced. At no time was i offered an upgrade after being told how terrible Samsung are to deal with, i was refused a new working unit, and lost many work hrs waiting around for technitions to show as they only give you a 5 hr estimate of when they can come. This was no fault of mine other than having a faulty unit installed, it was not used as it was too loud, you could hear it out the front on the road. My partner wants 3 units for his shops and also one for a rental property we have. Never will i use or recommend Right Price because of the treatment i have received like it was my fault, they have just lost the sale of 4 more units due to this terrible experience. If this is their procedure for faulty units , it needs a big over hall as i have spent many hours on this matter and its cost me wages for work as well. If samsung are that bad to deal with, then dont sell their products. Simple!

Adelaide air conditioner intallation, While building my house, Rite Price were patient and did a professional job for a great price. The controller was put up a lil crooked so they are coming back to adjust it free of charge. Not major thing but a lil thing that makes fr great customer service. Thank you Rob and the team!! Had a great experience in getting our gas ducted heating unit replaced with these guys. Brian was second to none in both his knowledge & professionalism in helping us decide what unit to go with & getting all the info we needed to us.On install day he followed up to make sure we were happy with everything.There install team was super professional & efficient in getting the unit in. They all handled themselves very well when needing to enter the house while my wife & daughter were home. Couldn't happier with these guys!!!!

We received a quote after about three days after going in to the office. Salesman happy to match a quote from another company which was advised to me via email. Installation took a week to get done as they didn't have the correct parts or necessary codes to complete the work. They stuffed around the lady living in the property by not turning up on time or at all and not advising her of what was going on. The company demanded payment on the day is was supposedly completed. I found out it hadn't been completed so refused to pay that day (I was offered a discount if I paid early which I was not going to do as the job was not complete). Finally called them to say I would be in to pay as the job had been completed yesterday, the salesman told me it had been done the previous Friday. No it hadn't as I had found out the night before that it was now done. I went in to pay and paid with amount owed (minus the early discount) as I paid as soon as it was completed. Communication between salesman and admin staff very poor. I received numerous phone calls from admin regarding the air con even after stating each time who the person was they needed to speak to. In the end, not happy with how it all panned out. I should have gone with my gut and used their competitor.
