After being a client for close to 10 years at The Hopkins Group I can comfortably say I have always had the best customer service from Lorena and her team of highly trained property managers. Proactiveness, Attention to details, quick responses and a solutions based attitude sets them apart from the other bigger franchises where you become a number and not a client. I recommend the dedicated team there to all of my family and friends and continue to receive positive feedback in all dealings anyone I know has had with them.Keep up the great work Hopkins Team

I can highly recommend the Hopkins Group, particularly Sarah Holdsworth, the Property Manager assigned to me over the past two years. I would like to thank my landlord and Sarah for making what was my first rental experience a very pleasant one. Any questions I posed to Sarah were promptly answered. I was always given plenty of warning before inspections, servicing of equipment and smoke alarm checks took place. All processes on taking over and then vacating the property ran smoothly.

It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Celeste over the last 3 years. She was always quick, efficient and professional with addressing any issues I had whilst living in the property.In my 9 years of renting, she has by far been the best & I highly recommend her and the Hopkins team.I unfortunately wasn't able to find my next property with them, however I do hope I'm able to in the future.Thank you & keep up the great work Celeste! :)

The Hopkins Group came recommended to us and we can see why. Working with us as a buyers agent for the purchase of an interstate property, Brad Carlin-Smith helped us to identify a great property. He provided a review of the location and fundamentals, conducted all the inspections and bid on our behalf. The Hopkins Group also have a Property Management division and Lauren Wilden-Ross then went on to market and lease our property. It was a seamless process from start to finish. This team will keep you updated at each step and we can't thank them enough.

I sent an inspection request regarding a rental advertisement which is marked as currently available. As I didn't get a return, I called them and on the phone I was told that the place was rented out 4 months ago. Cannot see any professionalism here.

Booked an airbnb with these guys and got an aggressively capitalised email advising of a $50 fee for checking in after 6pm. A late check in fee, really? Pay more to stay less time?That is literally something this company has made up…As a result these guys lost a $950 booking for their client. Sorry to the owner if you are reading this, your agent let you down on this one! There’s lots of options in Southbank without these made up fees.

The Hopkins Group have been good to deal with. Lauren was great upon meeting her and with our requests. There was some confusion on our part when it came to letting and management. These services are completed by different people, which we didn’t realise, so we weren’t sure who to contact when it came to open houses and then management. Some more communication from them would have been good, but otherwise they have been great.

Great customer service. After years of search, I found exactly what I was looking for. Lauren looked after us very well and her attitude stood out to me amongst a large group of property managers I have dealt with in the past. The Hopkins group are a very professional and proactive group of property managers who are capable of taking care of all your worries! Highly recommended.
