Not much in the hot oven, but not surprising considering what this town (and others like it) have been through in the past couple years! Drought, then flood - which doesn't get TO the town, but completely cuts it off! Shut down by Covid and then, just when it opens up again, another flood, cutting them off! Visitors need to be grateful little businesses like this are still around, serving their community and travellers passing through. Apparently today was the first time in a while they'd had a customer, and we were their sixth! No idea how they have any stock on the shelves in conditions like this, but they did.Had a muesli slice. Glad I bought two! Hubby had the lemon tart - was good. Iced coffee was delish, made with Icecream yum. Hubby's hot coffee was nice. Service was friendly.Gorgeous coffee?/tea? pots on display.C'mon Aussie, support the battlers!

Stopped to have a country style pie, Dirranbandi Bakery is a must stop for a pie or cake. Sevice is 5 star

Just called in and bought an apple turnover and cappuccino.Highly recommend both !Lovely service , happy and cheerful . I will be definitely back to try a pie in the future.

What a little gem. We had a lovely Russian cake straight out of the oven, it was delicious, great coffee and tea and had 2 raspberry tarts for dessert tonight, just exquisite. Such a find, a lovely surprise. Thanks for providing such a unique and delicious service.

What a beautiful cafe with such great food, well balanced in flavours and unique in its presentation. The owners of Russian heritage very warm and friendly with a great big smile. Love the Russian bread was incredible and so was all the other creations. We went for seconds… yum yum yum! One of the very best pies ever! Crust not overdone with my pepper steak and the mince/sauce was so yummy. A few peas and corn topped it off. I will definitely drive hours out my way when next up there with the caravan!
