Great rooms, very comfortable beds, bathrooms are excellent and our stay was made better by the amazing reception experience. Having to stay near St. John of God hospital to have an op this was the perfect place, approx 500 metres away. Bonus was calling direct and receiving a hospital discount on our rate. Would highly recommend

A lovely place to stay. Great central location and close to the hospitals.Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed.The only thing I found a bit inconvenient was washing eating utensils and crockery in the vanity basin as not all rooms are fitted with sinks.We will be returning regardless. We have stayed there three times and will continue to do so as required. Very happy on the whole.

Excellent hotel room. Lots of space and cleanliness. Unfortunately sleeping was an issue, having guests upstairs stomp around and the hotel/pub right next door with drunk people almost directly in front of our window making noise until well past 11pm.Such a shame considering a great hotel!

Huge room , very comfy bed, .short walk to Lake Wendouree. Has a pub next door and IGA and chemist nearby.

Really spacious, comfortable room with two couches made us feel at home! Desk and table were very welcome. Great view to City Oval across the road, close to the lake and a cafe on-site was very handy. The shower door was a bit problematic, but I'm sure that could be fixed easily.We'll be back!
