My daughter has done the little dreamers and musical minis. Great classes and teachers, everyone is very friendly and professional. They have monitors in the waiting area so that you can watch your child dance without being a distraction in the classroom. They also have a great range of classes, and cater for little ones all the way up to advanced teenagers. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I both attend classes at DancEdge and we LOVE it! All of the staff are great at what they do, professional, caring and welcoming. I love the focus on dancer safety, and the way the Directors nurture the development of children within the school. I also like that the kids have choice - they are not forced into exams, troupe or end of year shows, but have the opportunity to participate if they want to. I love that all dancers are supported - those who do it just for fun, as well as those who have the dreams to become professional dancers or teachers. DancEdge provides great role models for our kids. Can highly recommend.

Being with this studio for over 7 years, it has become our second family. The teachers care about each student and their development. The variety of different dance styles that are offered is phenomenal and the opportunities are endless, this year my daughter has commenced her Certificate II in Dance with DancEdge. I can’t say enough outstanding words to express how amazing this studio is and my daughter looks forward to dancing everyday. I highly recommend DancEdge School of Performing Arts!!!!

My children have been with DancEdge for 11 years. They are both very happy there.DancEdge give the older students the opportunity to voluntarily undertake further dance studies and this year both of my children are doing a Nationally Accredited Certificate in Dance. One of my children is doing Certificate II and the other is doing Certificate III. Neither of them are required to log any unpaid teaching hours for their certification.My children have experienced nothing but kind, caring and well trained teachers for all dance styles at DancEdge. Dancing at DancEdge has helped my children to feel more confident and happy in themselves. We’ve been with DancEdge for the last 5 years (this is our 6th year). The owners are AMAZING and they genuinely care about their students. My daughter has had many teachers over this period (adult teachers and younger teachers) and they’ve all been really lovely. Dancing is fun here and everyone is encouraged to learn. The older kids do look out for the smaller ones and I’ve never observed the seniors to be badly behaved. The kids she dances with over the years have all been friendly. I’ve spent many hours each week in their studio waiting while my daughter’s in her classes and my feedback is based on what I have seen, heard and experienced. Totally flabbergasted by some of the critical feedback left here - as it’s not our experience with the studio.

My two daughters have been attending this dance school on and off since they were three years old and we have always been very happy with the quality, care and professionalism here. What we like most is the incredible role modeling of the older students who often work as teachers for the younger classes. They show my girls the importance of kindness, courtesy, discipline, perseverance and resilience and it’s this as much as the dance tuition that we keep coming back for. 100% would recommend.

DancEdge is a warm, inclusive, welcoming and professional community that my daughter has had the privilege to be a part of for the past 5 years. The teaching staff are amazing and go above and beyond for every single student, supporting each to grow and develop as dancers and as people.My daughter's confidence and sense of self worth has swelled within this space and she looks forward to each class, not just to dance but to be among the strong, supportive community of people who embrace who she is and help her express herself inside and outside the dance studio.I cannot recommend this studio highly enough, if there was a 6 and 7th star I would allocate those also.

My children have been attending Dancedge for over six years, doing both musical theatre and dance. It is an amazing and inclusive environment with strong family values. The school strives to provide options for all levels of experience and interest with recreational options available, including adult tap! My children love the opportunities to perform through the year.

As a parent of one of the students gaining a formal qualification (Cert III) in Dance through DancEdge, the statements made by C Pike are untrue. In 2019, my daughter successfully completed her Certificate II in Dance, on top of her formal qualification, she has also gained experience as a dance teacher through assisting teaching junior classes, in which she is paid. DancEdge is NOT a money-making mill, if my daughter was to obtain her certification elsewhere her tuition fees would be a lot more.This is my daughter’s 10th year dancing at DancEdge and the support, mentoring and development opportunities that DancEdge provide is amazing. DancEdge is a family, with an incredible, nurturing environment where each dancer is respected and truly cared about.The two studio Directors and their teachers are professional, knowledgeable, are always willing to go out of their way and their encouragement is always positive. DancEdge is like a second home to my daughter who has formed friendships with the other dance students and teachers that she will have forever.DancEdge is a fantastic school and I highly recommend.
