Metropolitan Air Conditioning Ellenbrook

Should be in jail for being a thieving con artist, told my elderly mother who lives by herself in Ellenbrook who called Metropolitan Air Ellenbrook that her split system needed a service and it would be $1200!! He then said the system was undersized and it would $8000 to install a new one!!! He charged her $141 dollars took the filters out, then said he had to rush off and would be back to finish but never came back even after 3 attempts to get him too return. I had Ford & Doonan come out who advised me the system is only just over 5 years old, and was working perfectly fine that just the fan speed on the controller needed to be turned up to high, and as the floor size was on 25square meters that the size being 5Kw was more than enough and didn’t need to be replaced with a larger unit!!! Just like the ACurrent Affair special that was on TV about these cowboys, they will try to take advantage of people who don’t know better

I would absolutely avoid the Ellenbrook branch at all costs. We paid the $141 call out fee to get a quote done on our ducted ac unit. Booked an appt for a week and a half later. I called on the day of the appt to confirm they were confirming; the tech confirmed. An hour later I get a call from their office saying due to staffing issues they will have to reschedule...for another week and a half! So accepted this and waited again. The day of the rescheduled original appt, they call again at midday saying the tech is sick and will need to reschedule again!! Ended up cancelling and getting a refund. Ridiculous way to run a business!! We have now wasted 3 weeks in the peak of summer to get our ac looked at.

JI, BW, JD and DW -did such a fantastic job from start to finish. We were so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge these guys had. They worked such long hours to fully replace our air conditioner. They did such a great job and I would recommend them and the Metropolitan company to anyone.
