Anja and Alisha are amazing and so passionate in what they do, in delivering beautifully made bouquets of joy. I had to have a visit to the hospital and was not feeling the greatest and the flowers that got delivered today from my partner through Anja are absolutely beautiful and instantly put me in a better mood. Thank you Anja for spreading happiness and love through your flowers. They are so fresh and smell amazing (even found a little caterpillar in my very fresh flowers). Can't wait to see the bouquet I ordered for a fortnight's time!!

At 1.30pm yesterday another florist had let me know the sunflowers I had ordered would not be available. I phoned Flowers of the World and they could provide them, but it was past delivery hours. Because it was for a birthday yesterday, a staff member made a special delivery. Thank you so much. I have kept your details for next time!

Gifted an orchid after the passing of our baby in November, followed the instructions closely yet the plant continued to deteriorate. Called the store and spoke to a lovely lady who stated to bring the plant in and she would happily re-plant it for me - bought it in to the store but the owner was not happy to do so. Have purchased plants from here in the past but sadly won’t be back due to this unpleasant experience.

Was served by the lovely young lady at your shop. provided me with a beautiful arrangement just as I had imagined. Was pleasant to engage with and always had a bright and enthusiastic smile on her face, and was happy to help with any questions I had regarding my flowers. exquisite floristry skill demonstrated and a bubble of energy to have in the store. Bravo! Will definitely be coming back for all my flower needs - hopefully with the same young lady! X
