Alan 'soft washed' a client's two storey home at Noosa and did an incredible job. The house and windows were sparkling and Alan took great care with plants, furniture and other external items to make sure they were not dirtied as part of the process and put everything back again. The house looked like it had been repainted when finished. Recommended.

I highly recommend Alan from Soft wash Sunshine Coast. I wanted to suppport local business to soft wash my roof. Alan went the extra mile, tarping the footpaths and stairs around the house, and even notifying the neighbours to prevent cleaning agent from going onto their vehicles. The roof was like new! Alan was punctual, responsive to text messages and phone calls. Alan also vacuumed the gutters and scrubbed any tough areas by hand to ensure a first class result. Cheers Alan.

The exterior clean of our home has rejuvenated the outside and with the added benefit of no damage from the unique Soft Wash system - thanks Alan, great job!

I would be very careful using this company. I did not want to write this review. Alan would not return my calls pertaining to this matter. I'm not into trying to hurt ones business. However after having so many problems with this Company after Alan and his insurance public liability company gave us the run around i feel it needs to be said. They came over to clean our home and totally damaged our existing deck with the product they were using. Not sure what product they were using, however it ate into our deck with spots all over the area. It ate into all our floor boards write down to the bare timber. When I called Alan to discuss the matter he had no issues with what happened. He has passed the matter off to his insurance company and we have been going backwards and forwards for 4 months to rectify the situation. It has been a long standing situation that should have been resolved by his product liability insurance company SEDGWICK. They are bad people to deal with and don't give you the time of day. I would be very careful using this company SOFT WASH SUNSHINE COAST for any ongoing works.
