Ambient space, welcoming instructors that take the time to guide you with your practice if you are a beginner. Also appreciated being shown around the studio on my first time there.

Great teachers, very welcoming environment, they showed me around and made sure I knew where to find everything. The studio was nice and warm with lots of natural light and the classes were made up of a good mix of moves and stretches. I didn’t feel pressured to try anything too difficult and I felt great afterwards.

David is my favourite teacher ever and I LOVE at least 4 of the other teachers. I really appreciate the vibe. The community connection through Yoga Loft is invaluable. The space is clean and inviting. The free parking passes are THE BEST. All-in-all a very well run studio. 10/10.
