Great experience with Snowdonia for the installation of our new system and the servicing of our existing system. No challenge was too great and the team were super efficient and helpful. Would not use anyone else except Snowdonia!

Contacted them with a service request after install, they tell you will call you back. 2 weeks later heard nothing so called again and they say the same thing. Rang every week for 6 weeks, they will just keep ignoring you until you give up. Do not trust, do not use.

Called for a service of our aircon with a query about a noise it was making was charged $220 for service that took less than 30 minutes was told zone motor needed replacing. The day it was replaced new noise in another zone was called to come and check billed another $220 to be told need another new zone motor after original invoice stated all other zones checked and working. Was also told we would get a discount after complaining original service didn’t even include a thermometer to check air con temperature and technician had no idea about Daikin diagnostic codes . Was also told in second visit we should just replace all the motors even though the air con barely gets used. Rang the company and requested itemised invoice with promised discount and was sent a new invoice with original amount but split into two sections with supposed discount of $50 even though the invoice amount in total was the same. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Amazing service, lovely staff, incredibly helpful.Had a unit installed by Snowdonia from a friends recommendation. The ladies on the phone were incredibly helpful and so easy to arrange with. They did such a great job at installing the unit, leaving no mess and were just delights to do business with. Would recommend them to anyone, 10/10. You must commend yourselves on how nice, friendly, and professional your team are.

Unprofessional and frankly horrendous customer service. Called them out for a service and a problem with a unit they installed 18 months ago. The tech blamed poor installation and a missing filter, unaware they themselves had installed it.Tried telling me that a faulty motor wasn't covered by warranty, and wanted to charge me to install the filter that was on the original specification.After a month of fighting they passed the matter to the manufacturer, where I had to wait another month with no air conditioning to get it fixed.Despite repeated assurances they would fix, I still have no filter, and the unit still doesn't work quite right. Call anyone else, never deal with this company.

Spent $600 with them (following a $200 service) on what they said would fix zone control issues. Turns out they didn't get it right after investigation and now insists on charging me another $200 for more work to get it right this time. How can I continue to use a company who makes errors then expects me to keep paying?

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. We had a service tech come out from Snowdonia, under Daikin warranty to look at our ducted aircon unit due to an error code appearing and the unit intermittently failing. When the Tech arrived the unit was going but I explained that it cuts out intermittently and stops working for hours to days. I showed him photos of the error code that appears and explained the issues we were having. The tech, didn't know what the code meant but offered to look at the system. Upon opening it, he couldn't see any obvious issues or burns but found a dead Gecko at the very bottom of the unit. He said it could be that or it could be something else, closed the unit and said to call back if there was any more issues. About an hour after he left the unit stopped working and the code appeared. The unit continued to fail so we called Daikin back who advised us that it was clearly a hardwire issue due to the error code, advised us not to call Snowdonia back and ordered the parts on the spot and sent a different company out to replace it. Many weeks later Snowdonia sent us an email stating that we had an overdue account and demanded we pay the outstanding balance. They did not even send an actual invoice, we had to request one and the invoice was for over $200 for their service. When we advised that it needed to be forwarded to Daikin as it was under warranty they refused to forward it, denied the issue was a warranty and again demanded payment. After trying to resolve it over email, I called the office and attempted to sort it out. I have NEVER in my entire life had someone treat me so rudely!!! I have never before been spoken to that way and had such poor customer service. From the moment I started explaining, I was met with hostility, argumentative without listening and rudeness. It escalated going back and forth and we argued for about 5mins. The lady I was speaking to, whom I shall not name, continuously spoke to me rudely, spoke over the top of me, treated me like I was some second class citizen, told me to stop talking, lied about what had happened on site and blatantly refused to see reason. Finally after I explained I would not be paying for a service that was not done properly or for someone who clearly didn’t do their job properly, she yelled at me that they had spent over an hour at my house (which was not true he was there for less than 20mins) and that their service isn’t free. I then continued to say that the service should have been under warrenty and I was not paying, she kept trying to cut me off and then finally she shouted “CAN I SPEAK”. She agreed to escalate the issue to higher management if I would like but that it would take a few weeks for them to get back to me and decide what to do. By the time I hung up the phone I was shaking and felt like bursting into tears. I have never ever in my entire life experienced such disgusting treatment, poor customer service and outright bullying like I experienced with Snowdonia. I would NOT recommend this company to anybody when they treat customers the way I was treated. I am now seeking out Daikin to hopefully get them removed form servicing their products in the future as I can't imagine anyone wanting someone like that to represent their business.

They came to inspect our broken down air con. Identified the problem and said they would provide the quote to fix it. Charged me $363 for the visit. Never came back with the quote and not responding to my emails. My money just wasted on this unprofessional business. I am considering reporting them to ombudsman.
