Captain Phones

Went to replace my AirPod pros and phone case was told the airpod pros displayed were $150 and genuine apple product was also told they usually retail in normal shops for $400. Went to pay and realised eftpos machine said $450 questioned them about it and was told they’re genuine so theyre $400. Didn’t mind and paid anyway.Unwrapped them up in the car before leaving and realised they were fake. The little replacement buds were dirty the instructions were blurry they wouldn’t pair to my phone correctly and the sound quality was terrible it didn’t even make the same sounds as real AirPods do and there was zero noise cancelling.Returned both the case I bought and the “AirPods” and was told the payment didn’t even go through despite me receiving a receipt? Not sure how that works.Take caution!

Amazing service! Every time i have issues on any of my gadgets i always go to Captain phones… actually my go to one! Service is good and the most exciting part is, I am happy dealing with all the staff.. such a nice and cool environment. You’ll never get bored while you’re waiting. Highly recommended!

Poor service... not Interested in helping you. They just want your money...Go elsewhere for you phone accessories if you can.

Don't waste your time or money here. spent $180 to get my phone fixed and another $50 on a cover and screen protector only to have my phone screen break within 3 day. took it back to store as repair was suppose to come with a 3 month warranty to be told it's not covered and i would be charged another $110 to get it fixed again. contacted the department of fair trading!!

Definitely worth 5 stars fixed my iPad within a hour and works perfectly. Amazing and positive staff

Do not waste your money here!!! Your phone will be destroyed forever. I had my daughters iPhone 6 screen replaced and it cracked and came completely away from the face of the phone within 3 weeks and they refused to fix it - wanted me to pay more money. They will give you the run around and claim that the manager is 'not available' and will call you and they never do. No matter what the circumstance, they will claim that you have damaged it and refuse to repair their own dodgy work. They won't release the phone to you after it has been repaired without you signing their invoice form that basically releases them from ANY responsibility. I now have a phone that is ruined and apple won't touch it. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR PHONE!I wanted to rate them ZERO stars but google won't let me.........

Took my phone to these guys today to get the screen replaced- was given a price (dearer than Apple!) and told to come back in half an hour. When I came back to collect my phone, it was more broken than before and all I got was I can't fix it

Very unhappy with these people. Don't go there. Took my phone in for a new screen. They handed it back and said there was water damage inside and as a result the main activation button was not working. It was fine when I gave it to them and the phone has never been near water. When I insisted they fix it they replaced the new screen with the original broken one and gave me back the phone with no charge. The button no longer works. Avoid them they are shonks.

Only 1 star as there is no minus stars. Totally useless! Save you money and get your phone fixed elsewhere. Was charged $150 to fix a month old iphone 5e screen. They replaced the screen but it flickered down each side. They said they fixed it again but it still did it. I said ok and they took my receipt and kept it.Next home button kept jamming.Took the phone to an awesome place in penrith and it wasn't the my phone that was broken... captain phones had fixed my phone with a faulty screen and broken the home button and replaced it with a dodgy one!!Keep well away from these dodgy guys

Excellent technicians. They put a new battery in my phone that none of the other phone repair services wanted to touch since it wasn't made by a fruit or exploding battery company. They were also happy to use a battery supplied by me (with the obligatory we can warranty the work but not the customer supplied hardware"). I would have no hesitation using them again."
