Hands down the worst online shopping experience I've ever had and I buy stuff from all over the world. Website states next day shipping but I heard nothing for 10 days on an item that is critical for my 15k aquarium. Wouldn't answer phone calls or reply to emails. Eventually sent me an email saying my item had shipped express post yet provided no tracking. 5 days later I still hadn't received it so they obviously had not posted it. After more than 2 weeks of dealing with these clowns I cancelled my order and bought the same product from another store which was shipped within 2hrs and received the next day. I've been reef keeping for over 20 years, this company has been in business for 5 they are amateurs that either don't know what they're doing or don't care.

Good quality products, commuication and fast delivery. Would 100% buy again
