Help Employment & Training

I have struggled to find employment apron release from institutions and HELP Mt Gravatt helped me to gain full time employment and a apprenticeship. They have helped me financially to get the gear i needed to start work and stayed in touch for 6 months to help me maintain employment. I am very grateful for the help i have received and the personal consideration and care that was shown to me. I would definitely recommend HELP Employment to anyone that it serious about finding and maintaining stable work.

Honestly really unhelpful only thing ive ever gotten off them that was helpful was driving lessions after 2 and a bit years. After chasing up more since early December and it now being the 27/01/2022 im getting tired of well get back to you" the amount of pencil pushing that happens here is outstanding and getting covid is not a good excuse for slow processing youve had 2 years to be able to work remotely. Its pathetic

I will never ever step into this place again!Officer Keti Bosevski is the worst service officer I have ever met!After the horrible experience, I spoke to Centrelink and they told me I can CHANGE provider if I want to, that is great!I am now with a different provider (start with M), their staff are really warm and helpful!All job seekers, if you ever had a bad experience like me at this place, leave your comments and change the provider!Ask me if you don’t know how to change it.

Not a great experience at all. No help getting work (they redid my resume which took 2 months, told me they would set an appointment to help with clothing for job interviews and then on the day of appointment was told there wasnt one) and no interest in helping me at all until I got 2 jobs by myself. Now they wont leave me alone and are super interested in my case, probably because they want to take credit for the hard work I did finding jobs in todays climate. Tried changing provider but they managed to talk me into changing handler, nothing has changed they basically just want my payslips to get their outcome payments. Never got a job through a job service provider, havent even got an interview or a lead for a job through HELP Mount Gravatt. If you like staying on centrelink and doing the bare minimum these guys are for you, if you want to work try a different provider.

Do not recommend this place at all, all jobseekers, please be aware that you can change your employment provider 5 times, jump on jobactive APP and easy done. We never got any help from this place but instead, all we got is threaten and insulting from officer Keti Bosevski (Kate), I logged formal complaint with Keti's manager few weeks ago and asked for feedback regarding to the horrible experience we suffered, so far there is no feedback provide to us yet. We are very happy with our NEW employment provider as it is totally different from HELP. This place should change their name to helpless and careless.

Emmalee from Help Employment and Training, was absolutely amazing she helped me and encouraged me week after week to push myself and find a job, without her I wouldn't of been able to get the job I have now! With her kind and friendly personality, would light up any room am thankful to of been part of this company. I would highly recommend going the Help Employment and Training, to help you find work in all feilds.

This is the best job seeking and keeping service I've ever worked with. I've had 2 job providers, Sammy and Shaahidah. They are the most kind, helpful and understanding professionals I know. Their manager is incredibly helpful and understanding too. Getting a job at such an amazing place and receiving help to maintain it would not have been possible without them. I highly recommend Help employment.

Had a good worker at one stage. Until today when I only just found out I got a new case worker. After a bunch of confusion on the phone over a mess up on their end. Trying to blame me after being told by my last case worker that I didn't have to go to that appointment and it was for a different day. I tried explaining it to this new case worker and blamed his lack of professionalism all on me.The Mount gravatt office isn't worth your time. All in all rude staff who shifts blame onto you for their mistakes.
