My online shopping experience was poor. Garment wasn't checked before posted and then I had to pay for the blunder. I do alot of online shopping and this was very disappointing. Customers should always be priority. I personally think the labels weren't checked it was obvious it wasn't a small medium size it was enormous. I had the black in the same knit and it was a smal medium not a large xlarge. I have since ordered the steel knit from Lou lou Australia and the knit was perfect. The perfect fit s -m. They were extremely professional and concerned about my experience. I would never shop anywhere else from now on.

Thanks to the staff for their response to the problem I had with a handbag I had bought there. The whole experience was hassle free and the problem solved. I left with my new bag and a very satisfied customer. I will continue to shop in there and say again thank you.
