One bad staff member who was so very unhelpful and had a go at me asking 'who do you think you are' for opening a draw. Well love I'm not the one who's in a grump of a mood and clearly in the wrong retail job! Get friendly staff!

I had Kylie do highlights in my hair several months ago she done a great job, i went back to have my regrowth done and a trim to find out that Kylie had left the salon. I took a risk of having my regrowth done and a trim by someone else in that salon cause i had my daughter's wedding coming up and they ABSOLUTELY RUINED IT!!! I payed $135 for it and NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO ANYWHERE NEAR THAT PLACE AGAIN!!!

Had my hair trimmed by Ursula last week. She did a fantastic job! She knows her trade and also advised me about treatments and products for my hair and what I should not do! She was very friendly, bubbly, polite and welcoming. I will be booking with her again and again.

Soni was professional, kind and efficient. She won’t waste your time sitting in the salon for hours and hours. She picked a great tone for my hair to blend in with my natural hair colour and did a fantastic job highlighting my hair.

I've been coming here regularly the past few months, mainly to lighten my roots on blonde hair. I've not been disappointed once. The service is always fantastic! Staff are warm, friendly, and professional. Kylee did my hair most recently - she is an absolute star - she kept checking with me whether I was happy with the progress and whether I was comfortable/ wanted a drink, and was informing me what she was doing to my hair every step of the way. My hair came out a beautiful honey blonde colour - it looked very natural, I loved it. I will certainly be back! Highly recommended :)
