i don't think I have ever experienced more rude and Unfriendly/ Unhelpful service in my whole 8 years as a skin therapist. earlier today I approached Stell (I believe her name is) at the Aesop store on King St Newtown and asked if she could familiarise me with there skin care brand as a large amount of my clients use the brand. Her attitude was disgusting I would hope this is addressed. it's a shame because the skin care is actually lovely.

Adam and the team at Newtown are exceptional. They went above and beyond to answer any questions, and are always friendly and welcoming. It's a small shopfront but they carry all the products you need, and the space is really beautifully designed in that classic Aesop way.I think it is a great alternative to the busy CBD. The funky King Street vibe offers a good complement to this store, and when you walk through the door it is so peaceful and quiet!

I've been a costumer there for the last five years, the staff is always lovey and the place smells amazing every time. The products are expensive but the results they deliver worth all the money I've spend there all this time.

I pop in on 27/8 , Justyna service me, she is so lovely and so professional,she introduced all the product I am looking for.I will definitely back to this store once I finish my Aesop skin care !!Five star to this nice pale. And nice staff!!

Just went in (on a Saturday leading up to Christmas- peak hour) and the staff were so lovely and efficient, coming outside to attend to the line of people waiting to get in to make the process smoother. Despite the store being full when I got there, I was in and out in less than ten minutes with the product I was buying for myself plus a nicely put together gift + samples for the present I was getting for someone else. I will continue to shop here.

We had an amazing experience yesterday in the shop. Wendy is so kind and she took the time to explain to us what product was the best for us. We explained to her that tomorrow we will take a flight and she gave us a lot of samples to take care of us during the travel. Definitely one of the best Aesop store we’ve been to. Not good as the sydney city one. Even when it is not busy, they didn’t give me the receipt or ask for membership, also no sample when you spending.
