Apologies to my other regular cafés, but this is the best coffee in Hobart. Brian is humble, but endlessly passionate about coffee and it shows in the drinks he makes and the in-depth conversations that he'll happily engage in if you take the time to sit down for your coffee. The espresso-based coffees are deliciously silky and balanced. The slow coffee options are ever-changing and Brian's technique brings out all the best flavours of the bean.

The best coffee I ever had in Tasmania. Even better than Melbourne. I worked as batista for 2 years, and I was quite confidence that I made best coffee in this world but I must say this Cafe coffee is the best.I think this Cafe owner have really special love for coffee, there is so much option and different type of coffee espically for slow brew section, and he explained me the background knowledge about the coffee I choose, and made my coffee with special skill. I paid 3$ extra for that but I think that was worthy. The coffee taste was very different and nicer than when I taste in normal way.If you love coffee and want to experience something special and real professional coffee experience, please try here. It was very suprising for me.I also had mocha and really!!!! the mocha taste very rich and smooth even the chocolate taste was very nice and smooth, I asked him and the chocolate from Tasmania. In general, if I order mocha in other Cafe I don't taste so much coffee or sometime one of flavors is very strong but here was 100% perfect balanced. I highly recommend this place for white coffee and black coffee lover both. Fantastic coffee shop for the true coffee geek. Quality equipment and specialty coffee beans prepared by a true coffee enthusiast who took the time to explain origins and tasting notes. As well as providing freshly ground beans for exploring on the nose.

If coffee is your thing, this place is the only place you ever need. The pour over coffee was exceptional and the barista (owner) was incredibly meticulous with crafting our coffee. He explained in great detail about the brew and methods he used

Coffee was amazing. This little coffee shop was a great find and served some really delicious coffee. A tad pricey, but it's a nice treat every here and now. They had some mochi and light snacks as well. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

I had a piccolo at closing time. It was a lovely evening vibe and the coffee was perfect. It was great to have the Hong Kong coffee style specialty coffee Cafe experience in Hobart. Thank you

They've only just opened (Aug 2021), hence the low number of reviews. Wasn't sure what to expect at first, but the Dirty I had was the best coffee I've had in awhile. Perfectly balanced and smooth and delicious. The barista is so good-natured and conscientious in his coffee making. Highly recommend!

Brilliant coffee, the barista is friendly, knows his stuff and is dedicated to providing a good experience. Huge range of beans to try, at reasonable price points.

The coffee was perfect! The customer service was like no other. I loved seeing all the local art work displayed for sale. I highly recommend you grab a coffee and enjoy a nice experience.

Definitely recommend!! Finally a place where you could find hand drip coffee, a very peaceful place just to chill and enjoy. Friendly and knowledgeable barista who is willing to share and exchange ideas.
