Customer service is appalling. I’m honestly not one to complain, but this store is so consistent with its lack of customer service. The staff have a glance at you - and then go back to talking to one another. I’ve been in there 4 times as I genuinely love the clothing, however I’ve had to resort to buying online as walking in there is just upsetting. Today in particular, I walked into an empty store, there were three staff - not ONE worker acknowledged me. One even took the effort to turn her back to me. I hope you take these reviews as a mean to reevaluate what important when it come to customer service.

Comfiest jeans!!! Riley Skinny leg. Feels amazing, soft stretchy denim. Stretchy eide waist band. Worth every cent. Recieved within 3 days of ordering!!

We bought jeans and this how they packed in the tiniest bag. When asked will it fit in she said we can fit lot more in the bag (not sure how)...

Walked in trying to find a gift for my girlfriend and the staff were so helpful! Helped me pick out an outfit and even looked up her account to help me figure out what she liked. Am definitely coming back next year as this was the easiest bday present I’ve ever gotten her.

Almost every time I pop in to this store, there's no staff present to greet me. The clothes are much too expensive and not worth it.

The customer service here is great...First, they were able to source a jumper I couldn’t get closer to home and put it away for me so I could come in and try before I bought it and then when I did arrive they were more than happy to help me with the sizing.The girls are friendly and helpful
