If you are hungry, then I suggest you order it and have it delivered, because you will get your meal quicker, We waited for our for order for an hour and a half, just to get garlic bed and we had to ask for that. Then we got told it would be another 45 minutes to get our meal as they were busy with deliveries.If people make an effort to come to your establishment, then I think you should make an effort to ensure they get appropriate service.On the up side when we got our . The food was very nice, and the staff were pleasant.Update on my previous review. (Above) I am happy to say that I have re- visited the Brighton Hotel on a few occasions, and I am happy to say that the manager has certainly acted on my previous review. I didn't stay in the hotel, I'm actually trying to review the incredible meal I had from there via UberEats last night. Absolutely delicious and fantastic! I only gave it one star for the accommodation because I didn't actually stay, but if the rooms are anywhere near as good as the food, then I'm sure it would be great.

Attended a function on Saturday lunch and want to give a shout out to the hostess that looked after us all firstly.The bar staff were very good also.The Food- It was excellent and totally recommend the rump as it was delicious and could compete easily with some of the finer restaurants I attend in Sydney.Well done, I will be back next time I hit Brisbane sometime in 2023.Well done to all staff.

Can't beat the service at this hotel. Meals are fantastic. Great venue for Sunday lunch by the Bay.

From the ease of booking our birthday table of 5 online to the incredibly courteous and helpful staff, our lunch experience on 12th of March was excellent. The food was amazing and so inexpensive, the atmosphere was wonderful and Steph is such a professional and confident leader. That whole team is a professional asset to you business.Again, thank you.

Went for lunch, couldn’t fault the place. Very clean, excellent fresh food, good value and exceptional customer service. Kids were totally wrapped with their little colouring in kits and the nice girls having a chat with them. Thank you!
