Unfriendly staff member (visited today) No acknowledgement as he walked past me, no questions for flybuys or vouchers, not even upselling of the discounted chocolates on counter. I showed him my shell fuel voucher and he wanted to charge me full price. Had to point out that I had a voucher again. Didn't ask if I wanted a receipt, no 'good bye' or 'have a nice day', even after I said: thank you kindly sir

Went to pump my petrol. Thought something seemed off. Drove away and realised my car was empty. Nothing came out of the nozzle. Went to the cashier to complain. She didn't care. Spent an hour of my life chasing up customer service to get my money back in gift cards, plus 5 dollars. Absolute garbage. The pumps are old. Do not go here, whatever you do
