10/10 for service, communication, care! Meredith is absolutely wonderful and took great care of our cat Smokey for nearly a month while we relocated from VIC to NSW and had to enter quarantine during Covid-19. She then delivered Smokey to the road transport company for us. At all times we felt confident that Meredith as taking fantastic care of our loved cat and helped her adjust to time away from us. We've struggled to find a cattery in Melbourne that our cat is comfortable to stay at but we have a winner here - on two fronts!1. Our cat is happy and very well looked after.2. Meredith is a wonderful human who was super accommodating during current lockdown #6, when we had to cancel our holiday at very short notice (thank you again Meredith!).Unlike Airbnb (which we will never use again after our current awful experience), we absolutely will continue to use Cat Boarding Melbourne.

We left our beautiful Mia for six weeks with Meredith. Being a long period of time away from her we were a little worried. The service provided by Meridith was amazing. She made everything so much easier by picking up and dropping Mia off to us and she treated her as her own pet. Meredith is a compassionate, caring, and loving individual who is clearly devoted to providing cats a loving place to stay whilst they are in care and away from their loving owners. For the Cat's the care facilities for each cat are clean and spacious.In addition, I do not have the words (nor the stars) to describe the aura of love Meredith exuberates for her work. It is this that gives you the confidence that your babies are being left in the care of someone who loves your fur baby as much as you do.Of course our cats are the priority, but Meredith's customers services goes above and beyond the standards of any other pet care establishment that ensures your peace of mind during their stay.

Meredith clearly loves the cats that come to stay with her and gives them all the TLC that their little hearts desire. She gave me a lot of peace of mind when leaving my cat for her first cat boarding experience since being adopted. Meredith is also very responsive to inquiries and provides excellent customer service. I will definitely be back!

We are so happy to have found Cat Boarding Melbourne. We were quite hesitant to leave our cat at a cattery for a long weekend, but after meeting Meredith we immediately felt comfortable. Not only was our cat Lenny safe and well looked after, Meredith was so accommodating to both her and us. We will defiantly be back!
