Had a 9am appointment! Get a text message at 8.15 not even a phone call to let me know they had to cancel my app, I understand with this covid stuff atm, but if you knew this a phone call would of been so much more professional and 45 mins before my appointment! I’m really disappointed with this service, and their professionalism Aswell, I work full time and a casual job on weekends I had to take An annual leave day to have an appointment for my hair so I’m ropable to say the least. will not recommend them at all for professional or a good service business.
