Fantastic service! They came same day and fixed the problem quickly and at half the price of previous companies we've used. The repair person knew exactly what the issue was and provided us with plenty of information to make a decision on the options available to us. The door now runs better than the day it was installed. Absolutely disgusting service. Came out 10 months ago to fix garage door and stayed 10 minutes was paid accordingly stated that the motor was brand new as house is a new build only to come out today to fix the same problem, next service was due to be the 26th November, 2021. Left a message on the answer machine over the weekend as went out only to arrive home with the garage door open. Didn't hear back so rang again Monday morning. Firstly, Adam the technician who was supposed to come out didn't, so sent a young guy who didn't address himself when he arrived asking for the money upfront when I was told by the receptionist that it should have been a warranty. This guy abused and swore so much slamming the garage door in anger comparing the issue with the garage door to having an issue with your car?? The point I don't know.Rang the office to notify them of the occurance just experiencesd only to be told Adam was out of the office and will call back. It is now late afternoon and still no call. Definitely will not deal with such an unprofessional company and warning people not to use this service. One does the right thing to support local small business and this is the experience I get. Now have a broken door as well as the original problem still not fixed. Absolutely disgusted.

The initial experience was a pleasant one. Adam, the manager, was quite nice and reassuring on the phone during the initial sale and quoting stage. Once they had their installation man, Glenn, come to install on a Friday, he left all his mess, iron filings, plastic wrap parts still hanging on the now installed door, dust etc for us to clean up. When we asked for them to come back and clean their mess, Glenn was too busy" at another job

These guys are very fast to replace my old garage door opener (which lasted for 8 years), however only after a few months the new motor was damaged after a heavy rain. These guys quoted me $550 to replace the whole motor, so I called up the company that makes the motor, they sent out one technician to inspect and replace just the circuit board at the cost of $180 (including the call out fee).

Adam and his team are very professional, courteous and polite. We had an electronic gate installed many years ago by another company. From time to time (over the last 12 years), when the gate has needed servicing, or parts replaced, they have always been helpful. They explain quotes and requirements before they fix or order parts in. I am a loyal customer who values having a long term relationship with a business.

Craig was awesome. Our garage door was completely stuffed. The cables that come off the wheels, the door twisted and started to bend, and some of the rollers had come out of the track. Craig saw what was wrong, fixed in an hour for $150. I called in the morning and they were out that afternoon. Rare find for such great service and advice.
