Lisa was very professional and they've got a great team. We completed our customised kitchen and are very satisfied.

Showroom Staff just rude!Stopped in to ask some questions about bench tops and some cabinet installation we need done. Lady who spoke to us was so rude and condescending. Stating “we don’t do little jobs like that” even thought we have used this company about 3 years ago for a similar job. Obviously too much work and no need to be civil to people who aren’t looking for a full kitchen install - she seemed completely irritated that we were even asking the question.We have recommended their company through our real estate business in the past and they have secured large jobs as a result of our recommendations. But NEVER again. Common courtesy doesn’t cost a thing, but the lack of it will cost any further recommendations from us in the future and we meet A LOT of people who want kitchen refits. Gave them 2 stars because the “small job” they did for us in the past was fine, but go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.

We had our kitchen built in Nov 2017 by the Kenross team. They did an excellent job, quickly showed up when one of the cabinet doors did not close flush any more a few month later. Even more exceptional service when I burnt a cabinet (flambee went wrong); they measured and replaced the doors at a delivery price as they had the material in stock. We expected it would cost much more and can only thank Diana & Paul sincerely and recommend them and their team to anyone who wants quality work at a good price; as well as excellent after sales service. Nearly two years later the kitchen is working brilliantly and still looks like new. When planning a bathroom & laundry reno we will certainly go to them. Judy & Veronique Green Point

Kenross were a pleasure to deal with. Lisa was a fantastic help with the design that we jointly developed. Paul and the factory did a fantastic job with the kitchen cabinets and bench tops, the installation went ahead on budget and the on the date we agreed upon when signing the contract. There were a few minor issues (I am very fussy :) but it was all fixed up to my satisfaction within a week. I highly recommend Kenross Kitchens.
