From the start I loved that the excellent wait staff were Japanese. It added to the atmosphere. Our dining companions had been to Japan and assured us the food was authentic. For a fixed price, you can order any number of items of the fabulous menu, and we did, including delicious seafood and teppanyaki. Only the tempura disappointed being too thick. Black sesame ice cream for dessert and I was replete.
