Moffatdale Ridge

Had lunch and wine tasting. Had an eye fillet steak meal…so unbelievably good. Cooked perfect with beautiful sides and generous red wine jus. And reasonably priced. Super friendly staff too. Loved the experience.

A wonderful winery we came across on our South Burnett wine tasting trail. The lovely blonde girl who helped us (I regret forgetting to ask her name) was welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. It was my birthday and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The wines and liqueurs were delicious and well priced and I don't know if I've ever tasted or smelled anything as good as their Macadamia liquer. To die for!Beautiful setting too. Don't miss this one!

The boards says “The friendliest winery in QLD. Open 7 days a week” and it’s indeed true for both. Lady working here was super nice, she has helped us to choose the right taste and we have enjoyed the glass of wine on the beautiful verandah overlooking the fields and a river.Selection of white/red/fortified was decent. Prices are awesome too.

Great spot here. Really enjoyed our lunch. Friendly helpful staff, great food, lovely breeze on a hot day on the verandah. We'll be back.

We had a great experience at Moffatdale Ridge Winery yesterday while out and about exploring South East Queensland. The setting of this family business is just plain stunning, with all the family working yesterday. Jason, the owner and wine maker took us through a tasting of a lovely selection of his wines, generous with his knowledge and family history. We then had a delicious meal on the deck, firstly sharing plates of delicious finger food with our friends, then a perfectly cooked steak for me and a pasta for Dirk. Fabulous destination for a day out.

We had lunch here and it was absolutely delicious. I had salmon and salad and my better half had the rib steak. The staff are the friendliest people you will ever meet and very helpful. We enjoyed the wine so much returned a couple of days later and picked up some more supplies. Thank you Moffatdale Ridge.

What a great spot, with a brilliant view, and such friendly and helpful people. Stopped for lunch and tasting. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Food was excellent and plentiful and wines were great. Unlike others the tasting was free. We will recommend

Our caravan group of 43 people came here for an pre-organised lunch this week. Everyone was extremely happy with the food we were served. We chose an alternate drop menu from their selection and the food and service were impeccable. The staff are very friendly and obliging. We were also impressed with their range of wines and liqueurs, and purchased many, many bottles. Highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today with our fellow neighbours from WONDAI QLD.There were 6 of us at our table to celebrate a 50th Golden Wedding Anniversary for a special pair of dear friends.The meals, wines and service were impeccable and a view to enjoy topped it off.The main meals were 1st rate, the wine delicious, desserts scrumptious and the hosts were super friendly and their table service was 1st rate.This establishment was recommended to us and we have no hesitation in giving it 5 stars and would highly recommend this little niche winery to anyone .Thanks to Moffatdale Ridge for making our celebrations a very memorable occasion.We will be back. :)
