I've never used Diamond Steam Cleaning before, but I definitely won't be the last! I'm quite happy with the entire experience, from the simple organizing and regular communication to the punctuality and great quality that the on-site team provided. They did an excellent job of taking care of my white couch and went above and beyond! I have no complaints or suggestions for improvement; they were great, and I recommend them!

I have been a customer twice and been extremely impressed both times. The first time was actually an accident on the sofa on a public holiday and Mark came on that same day and managed to get any stains and odours out. The second time was a general carpet and upholstery clean and the results were just as good. Mark is professional, meticulous and friendly. I would recommend this company.

The team was Nice! Professional in every way and very easy to work with. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and thoroughly, and were friendly and courteous. They answered all my questions and explained all aspects of their work. Their price was very reasonable. They did all the rugs and carpeting in the house and it looks great. Veronica went above and beyond to assist us in urgently booking a technician, and Mark, the technician, displayed remarkable expertise. He willingly addressed our queries regarding sofa care and even provided recommendations for purchasing a sofa suitable for our upstairs area. Despite having a Plush brand sofa with plush care, previous cleaning attempts by numerous technicians failed to deliver the same level of cleanliness we experienced today.
