Jack has been just amazing. We went to this store first with no knowledge of mattresses. Told Jack that we want to explore options & would most probably be back the next day. We went to Forty Winks & Snooze in Castle Hill but none of those stores were able to explain in a way Jack did. Amazing person with the best knowledge. I can personally vouch & say that once you tell him what you are looking for, you would go ahead with the first option he will recommend.I’ll also like to encourage people to visit this Snooze store over others since the price you get here, I can guarantee that you will NOT get that at any other store. Thanks a lot Jack!

Made a purchase a few months ago. Was pressured and/or convinced to buy a local branded double bed instead of a well known international brand.6 months in, with one person under 60kg sleeping on the bed (i.e. very light) - there are so many squeaks and rattles when the person moves on the bed.Yet I've had an international branded bed for 20 years and it's as quiet as a whisper with no sound when you sleep on it.

Bought a mattress from Snooze in Prospect & the team there are great. We were served by a young man, can’t remember his name, but he was very knowledgeable and assisted us in picking the right mattress. They were even able to put in a rush order for us and it came on the day they promised. Thanks team for making the process so smooth.

My partner and I were in desperate need for a new bed frame and mattress for the first time in a very long time.Upon entering the store we were approached by Jack and he was such a great help. With his product knowledge and skill set he was able to match us to a couple perfect options for a mattress for our problematic backs. We asked to try the snooze profiler and it provided the same information that Jack provided to us with just a few questions.Never had a better experience with a salesperson. Jacks product knowledge, demeanour and personality really took the stress out of finding a new mattress and bed frame that is perfect.

Jack has been amazing in helping us buy our new mattress. We have been to multiple different stores and no one has taken the time to find us the mattress we need the way Jack has. He has worked with us over a number of days, and even came in to meet us on his day off to suit our own schedules, to ensure he could help us find the mattress that would best suit us. He has such an extensive range of knowledge - I didn’t know that so much thought went into mattresses! Thanks so much Jack for all your help and being so patient with our indecisiveness! so excited for our new mattress!
