Grreat products. The staff are a bit to in your face

Great customer service.

Just wanted to quietly browse for a few minutes however the totally pretentious staff member wouldn't leave us alone and in the end made my partner and I feel as though we don’t belong in the store. It was only dumb luck on her part that we knew what we wanted and still purchased over $100 worth of products. We would have likely bought more had the woman left us alone to browse, and not weirded us both out with her awkward mannerisms. Great products but couldn’t wait to get out of there, will be shopping online from now on

The products are beautiful, unfortunately the staff are rude and lack customer service skills. I get my products from David Jones who sell locitane where the staff are lovely. Will only go into the locitane shop if can't get what I want else where.

Went in to purchase a number of gifts and I had little knowledge of the skin care products but I was provided fantastic service and advice by Zoya! So nice to go in to a shop these days and get this type of customer service! It made my choice of gifts so easy and I’ll definitely be back next time.

So good to shop instore again. I already knew what I wanted to repurchase, and had seen a number of new online products that I wanted to checkout.My Sales Assistant Katie, was very helpful and friendly, showing me products I requested to see, but gave me space to browse. I paid for my purchases and left the store to shop elsewhere while my purchases were wrapped.So good to collect my lovely 3 L'occitane bags on leaving the centre.When I got home and opened the bag with my personal products, I found my samples beautifully wrapped in ribbons, with a personal Thankyou note, which was such a lovely touch! . I purchased for my husband too, and he was surprised with the beautiful presented bagged products and samples.It's attention to detail and extra touches that put L'Occitane ahead of other retail businesses. I've always had great shopping experiences at Kotara L'Occitane store.

Excellent, friendly service at Melbourne Flagship store, Collins Street. Offered tea! What a lovely experience. Highly recommended. Thank you
