Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered 5 letters with a dash in the middle printed on sticky vinyl. Provided pictures with a tape measure up against the letters (previously printed by a different shop that is less convenient to drive to). In addition to the pictures I also provided the height and width requirements.I was a provided a proof which I signed off. It has the font requested and looked appropriate.Upon picking it up it and about to apply found it was 3cm too short.Upon calling I was advised that despite the fact that I provided both the pictures with tape measure in the image and also written size requirements it was indeed my fault. I was expected to use the measure feature (wasn’t aware there was one in adobe acrobat) which would have shown that they had made the font too short.To have this issue fixed I was provided a discounted rate to fix their mistake.As a retail customer to be expected to know there is a measure feature in adobe and to be expected to check that when multiple very clear instructions were given in my opinion is horrendous.It certainly appears that given they know I need this they’re expecting the customer to fund their mistake. That doesn’t gel well with me.

Jon and the team are really responsive with quotes and messages. Their print work is timely and of a high quality. Would totally recommend them for your jobs.

Jon and Cris did an incredible job providing advice, printing & installing for window large signage we had installed inside a major shopping centre.
