Fashion Nails

My four sisters and I, 1 being in a wheelchair and myself in crutches. We had an awesome experience and love our nails so much. 1st time ever getting nails done here and highly enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely be coming back

I had a shellac removal and new colour done a couple of weeks ago and I am very impressed. It's lasted and have had no chips or peeling at all. Looking forward to going back when I want to change colours and also have a pedicure!

The worst customer service, not friendly at all. Seemed rushed and then when time to dry my nails she ushered me in another area and forgotten about me. Just so they could get someone else in my seat! Therefore the job on my nails below satisfactory. Appalling! Will not be returning!

My Girlfriend went in for her Engagement set. The lady rushed through her nails to be out by 2:30.The nails weren’t straight and were different lengths none of them were the same shape and none were the shape she asked for.When she went back to ask for them to be changed she was refused any help and told to come back tomorrow to BUY A WHOLE NEW SET?!?$95 wasted and not one thing done to resolve the problemQuite upsetting :(

My daughter and I had our nails done and they didn’t listen to or do what we wanted in terms of length and shape. The filing was skewed. One worker left before the job was done and got someone else to finish off. They rushed through it. When we complained they refused to fix the obvious issues unless we paid for a whole new set of nails

Went in for paint with shellac on hands and feet. They had to take off both hands of shellac and re do. I was there for nearly 2 hours and they didn’t offer a discount. $70, there’s heaps of places better value. The second round of shellac was not even that good. I wouldn’t recommend.

Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had! My friend and I went here to “treat” ourselves, I was going through the colour options and wasn’t sure what colour I wanted and it felt like they were rushing me to choose and getting angry with me, so my friend said just get the same as me (it was a nice colour, so I thought why not).They started doing the “deluxe manicure” and it was very painful, the lady was rough, cut me and didn’t even get rid of all the cuticles. The two ladies doing our nails didn’t say a word to us, they just spoke to each other in there own language the whole time and whenever they wanted us to move our hands they jus pushed and knocked them wherever they wanted them to go.After the first clear coat on my nails she prompted me to put my hand under the light and left to do someone else’s nails without saying a word to me. When the light finished, I thought while I wait for the lady to come back I’ll have another look at the other colours (they were in a box right next to me). As I was looking the lady came back yelling at me that I need to leave my hand under the lamp, I said the lights had finished and I just wanted to look over the colours while I waited, (still yelling) she rudely said that no you said you will have the same colour as you friend so put your hands back and wait, I replied that you didn’t communicate anything with me, the lights finished so I assumed it was done and I wasn’t set on the colour so I thought I would have another look. There was some back and forth between us and I eventually said, I do not want to have my nails done anymore, you are incredibly rude, you don’t communicate with your customers, you just talk amongst yourselves in your own language which is rude enough in itself, I don’t mind if you talk to your friends at all, but you should at least have the decency to communicate in a language everyone understands and not completely ignore your customers, then you come over here yelling at me as if I were a child.I said your customer service abysmal, I have never been treated like this, I’m leaving. The lady said no you have to pay, I reiterated what I said and told her I’m not paying a thing for that, again there was some back and forth, a manager came over to see what was happening, the lady just said she (me) is going to leave without paying, I said no that’s not it, then proceeded to tell her what happened and the manager then said you can go, with the lady who was doing my nails angrily saying things her her own language (no doubt about me). I left telling the nail lady that she needed to work on her customer service skills.They also messed up my friends nails by putting the wrong colour on. The whole thing was awful, we will never return to this place and will be telling everyone we know to avoid it like the plague.

Amazing Service, very happy, Ive had my acrylic nails and shellac pedicure done here several times and they are brilliant! Acrylic Nails are done very well, beautiful and thin, never too thick. Even though they are busy I always get seen to within a reasonable time.

Sadly I didn’t have a nice experience, I was serviced by a male technician - who clearly did not enjoy working there. He was rude without saying a word, was rough and did not change his pace even when several comments were made. The treatment took less than half the time it did for my mother who was sitting beside me and was serviced by one of the longer standing female technicians. I am not normally one to differentiate between but there was a clear distinction in actions and attitude from this person. This was supposed to be a moment of relaxation and instead closer to painful and torture. Shame!
