My dog Peanut loved this store! He got so many pats and some treats from the staff, who were incredibly friendly and nice to us. The store was well stocked and had a good range of dog toys and clothes. Even the fish tanks were clean and well maintained, which is a great sign that they care about their animals.

Amazing experience with Jodie, she listened to me (first time dog owner) and gave very good ideas. She never made me feel rushed to buy things on the floor.I will be back to buy all my puppy essentials soon.

Although in the heart of Harrisdale, this has a surprisingly less ghetto appeal that the rest of the suburb, with a wide range of treats and accessories for your pet the staff are friendly and willing to help.

I would recommend shopping around prior to purchasing from PetbarnWe went in to find the Dog Rocks for our dogs water bowl to help with stopping the yellow pee marks on our lawn, friendly staff that directed us straight to what we wanted - we decided on the 200g packet so we could try it out was $16.99After getting home and researching to where we could source more we found that bunnings had the exact same product for $8.99. A massive price difference for the exact same product

Pleasantly greeted by friendly,helpful staff (Just this would warrant a 10 out of 10) On top of that I can add: I received knowledgeable advice. Good prompt service. Clean tidy shop. Realistic prices. Good range of quality products. The wild birds and bantams approve of the wheat & Goldfish fish approve of their new pals.
