I live in the Mernda area and I called precision plumbing for hot water pressure issue and they came Asap to fix out problem. Fantastic service and also did not get ripped off. Would like to thank Jason, Scott and Drew for installing my new rheem continuous flow hot water system today. Arrived on time, friendly and answered any questions I had. Cleaned up after the job was finished.,but most importantly did a great job,and were cost competitive. Would not hesitate to hire again. Thanks guys.

Called Precision Plumbing when hot water service packed it in. Ben arrived all costs explained upfront, then new one installed smoothly, working perfectly. So recently when I stuck a pick through the water main I called again, Jason arrived within the hour and all fixed before the wife found out. Other times I've used them the service has been excellent, so while I have that pick I'll keep Precision Plumbing's number handy.

I had a really positive experience with Precision Plumbing, right from my initial phone call through to job completion (I called another service who seemed bothered by my call). The Plumber was onsite the following day and ahead of schedule, very professional and cleaned up after the jobs. The cost was also very reasonable. Additionally, we were able to discuss other plumbing options for our outdoor area and get advice - we will definitely be booking with this company again.

At 10:00 pm the braided pipe feeding the kitchen tap burst, water everywhere. Called Precision Plumbing at 9:00 the next morning and they arrived at 11:00am and replaced the tap and pip and checked the water pressure. Can't ask for better service than that.

I was very impressed with their professionalism and service. Scott was fantastic in explaining what the issue was with our leaky laundry tap. The installation and service was seamless. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing and will surely be using them in the future.
