Michaels Camera Hire has reasonable rental rates. David was very patient, easy to work with and very clear in his explanations.I requested for some strobe lights last minute and the process was very quick and smooth and equipment was in very good condition. Very happy to have rented from here and definitely I will rent from here again should the need arise for me in future.In all, rates were very reasonable, David was very friendly and it was a wonderful experience for me.

My first hire was a Canon EOS 5D Mark IV and a EF85mm f/1.2L II USM Lens. The equipment was in perfect condition and packaged in hard cases for travel. Booking was very simple with more than adequate security. Pick-up and return were seamless. I couldn't want for more and would recommend this business without hesitation.

I've been a customer of Michaels for many years and the service has always been fabulous. Last week I hired some gear and unfortunately part of the order was missing. I check when I got home and emailed the service team late at night. I was shooting the next day, and the team went above and beyond to get the gear to me on the morning of the shoot. Not only did they email back at 11pm the night before, they made sure the gear was delivered to my site by 9am the next morning. Nothing was a hassle, they were very accommodating and happy to help. I'm always so impressed by the service and the people behind the counter at Michaels, they really do make it easy to continually go back to them.As always, the price is very fair, and the gear is always well looked after and checked before and after hire, and the people are wonderful.

I really appreciate the customer service at Michaels Camera Hire. The staff here, David was very friendly, and extremely patient. As a newbie in photography, I was not familiar with all the technical terms. David encouraged me to ask whatever I was not sure about and explained each concept clearly, helping me to quickly pick up the key to operate the machine.
