Cakes look great but taste horrible I got a choc chip cooke cheese cake it did not fit in box and was a bit on the nose re freshness ie old cake not new. Cookies where soggy with no crunch and the service... what service horrible attitude and very combative when giving feed back was told its my fault as i have not stored it correctly but i bought and tried same day actually 2 hours after purchase.Cheap and nasty go to cheese cake shop and pay that little extra for freshness and quality.You tried the rest now buy the best at cheese cake shop.

The choc chip cookie dough NY Style Baked cheese cake is very rich creamy & sweet. The unbaked cookie dough mixed throughout the cake makes it sweet as cookie dough is usually sweeter than baked cookies..I think it would benefit the cake if they put more fudge drizzle topping over the top & sides of cheese cake as the choc fudge taste, blends well with the rich sour creamy taste aspect of this New York Style baked cream cheese cake..If the cheese cake happens to be frozen a little in the middle, leave cake out for 1-2 hours so the biscuit base & cookie dough within won't be difficult to slice.. I usually get them to slice it in half for me when I'm picking up the cake.. Over all nice, sweet, rich, creamy baked NY Style Cheese Cake..

Requested for a plaque to be made for the cake i've purchased, turns out to be the worlds most hideous plaque I've ever seen. No happy birthday... just name... plaque was poorly positioned down the bottom of the cake with bright red cream amateur writing and the lady did not even have the decency to ask if red was okay as there is no other colour available. What a genius. Disposed of plaque correctly in bin. Sorry I wont be a returning customer ever again. Not with such customer service and shonky looking plaque's. I'll try the cheesecake shop across the road next time.

We bought this cake last night and it has and it has mold on it DONT BUY ANY TYPE OF CAKES FROM THIS PLACE. Rang and spoke to some Indian she said that they don't do refunds anymore the only can offer me the same cake if I bring the one back

I ordered a pavlova. Cake was left at the front door in the sun. 31 degrees. Nobody knock the door. Can you imagine how the cream was. $50 to the bin

Disgusting rip offs, bought a Swedish Chocolate mousse Cake, it was laced with coffee liqueur, which it is not supposed to be in that cake and never has been either. The service from the staff is terrible and now they just sell you anything they want just to make a profit, don't worry if people are allergic to coffee or other things that are not meant to be in the cake. And yes we did make sure before buying that it did not have anything like coffee in it, and they just lied through their teeth just to make a sale.Will never go there ever again.

We just bought a birthday cake today. Very disappointed with the quality. We have been buying cakes a number of times before but this time is pretty disgusting experience .No more going there. The quality is going downhill over the last few years.

3 days in advance to put a picture on a small cake. Today is Thursday and we need to pick-up on Saturday. That's 3 working days, But they refuse to do it.We are a regular customer we always order our cakes from here, but Today the lady has too much fuss not happy to do it. UnbelievableLiverpool cake merchant are happy to do it ..

One of the best cakes we've had, and we've been here a few times. It has never disappointed us.
