Have nothing but good things to say about Shane's trees I had 15 trees which needed pruning.ADMIN & QUOTATION - Lisa and Theresa were very helpful in scheduling and arranging my job within a couple of weeks. They provided all the necessary feedback on insurance, coverage and people coming to do the work which was especially useful when collaborating with 6 neighbours.James - is an experienced arborist who helped educate me on what needed to be done and what could be achieved. His quotation was nearly spot on. Only needed 1 extra hour to get everything done.THE WORK - The team of 5 climbers and ground crew George, Josh, Kanu, Bowie and Peter were incredibly hard working and plowed through all 15 trees whilst keeping a minimal impact to my neighbours properties. My thanks to them. My daily leaf cleaning has now reduced to weekly.A very professional outfit whom I would recommend to anyone. They are competitively priced as well, based on the 4 quotations I received.

Kyle and his team were fantastic. They did a phenomenal job and nothing was too much trouble. There was no damage and they left everything spick and span. Both my neighbour and I were completely happy. I can highly recommend Shane’s Trees (and Kyle in particular) for their efficiency and competitive prices.

The whole team at Shane's Trees did an excellent job at removing my pencil pine trees. On time, fairly priced and very professional from quoting process to the actual job, even persevering on in the 10 minute freak rain! I have some small plants around the trees that are not removable and the boys managed to take care and not damage them. If you're looking to pay them in cash after the job though, make sure you request in advance for them to carry a receipt. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in future!

Amazing service, best I have seen. Needed a neighbours overhanging tree trimmed down. Attachedbefore and after photos. Photos don't do it justice how much was cut and how high this tree was. Anything overhanging was cut. Great priced, and once I booked, team of 4 came out next day 7am, were done by 8am and cleaned up too. Will definitely recommend! And definitely be using again if I need any similar work done.

We have had an excellent experience with Shane's Trees, right from initial contact, quoting, great pricing and then today when the job was done. At all points of contact, Shane's have been thoroughly professional - arriving when promised, scheduling our job quickly and then getting it done efficiently.Every person I've dealt with at Shane's has been helpful and friendly and the guys who did the tree removal were fabulous - leaving no trace of their work on our lawn, cleaning up the driveway, removing every log/stick/twig etc. Good guys to have a laugh with too!It is obvious that this company looks after its people and they care about their work. They even go to the lengths of making promo videos so when the team rocks up, it feels a bit like you're greeting movie stars! :-)Highly recommend Shane's Trees and we'll be using them many times in the future, of that I'm sure.

Prompt enquiry response and quick to arrange an on-site visit and quote, which was comparable to others. Within days were able to provide service to remove a cocos palm and trim dead fronds from two other tall palms. The team on site were very professional, punctual and friendly, taking away all the waste. I was impressed with their attention to safety. Our palm trees look great, very happy thank you.

Ordered firewood for Shane’s Trees and they were professional and prompt! Was kept in the loop as to delivery time and the delivery drivers were super professional. Their firewood was amazing quality as well. Will definitely be using Shane’s Trees again!
