The Vintage Cellars in Clovelly is in a very convenient location, has a great range of wines and other beverages. I shop in there regularly, everyone is lovely and helpful apart from one man (Matt, I think). He’s awful, never says hi and doesn’t want to help… clearly doesn’t like people. Not sure why he works in customer service.

I know nothing about wine but wanted a decent bottle at an affordable price for a friend. The gentleman took me straight to the section he recomended and I was in and out of there in less than a minute. Fantastic service.

Regarding the review from Sachin.. I was actually in the store while this customer was being served.Lachlan part of the team at Vintage Cellars Clovellly was amazing... this customer was taking up all his time with some very specific needs while the store full with maybe 20 people waited. Lachlan was patient and attentive to his needs and in my option conducted himself exceptionally well.The team at Vintage Cellars are outstanding and a pleasure to deal with always.
