We utilised Sean's services for my husband's health and I'm still wondering what we paid for! No Meal Plan whatsoever and when emailed and asked for said meal plan or a report of some type to refer back to and that may have captured what we discussed, you're just ignored. Would not recommend at all.

Sean helped so much, the diet change he suggested stopped all symptoms of what I thought to be a food intolerance.But as Sean thought is was a build up of toxins in my body and my body not coping.Since the change i am feeling so much better and will continue this new diet and add it to atteneding the gym.Can not recommend sean enough.
