Great parking best of others I've visited (Ansteys who has no disabled parking at all and Aidacare). Parking literally at the door. Best for larger mobility equipment. Staff know their products, footware guy is a qualified Orthotist.

Newcastle mobility serviced and replaced batteries in my Husbands mobility scooter. On the first use the controller went. Serviceman did not know what the cause was so took the scooter away. It sat in the repair shop for a week and nothing was done to repair it and no one bothered to contact us. We don’t know, now, how much longer we will be waiting and my Husband is having to rely on the kindness of friends to get to appointments etc. extremely poor service.

I can highly recommend Newcastle Mobility, their customer service is outstanding. Recently Rachel assisted me to get a bed urgently for my Dad who was very unwell. She made numerous calls to the manufacturer interstate and constantly kept me informed. She was kind, compassionate and so helpful. Without Rachel and the team from Newcastle Mobility, my Dad wouldn’t have received the bed that was needed for his comfort. 10 out of 10 for exceptional customer service and the bed was everything we hoped it would be and more. Thank you to this amazing team for their professionalism and compassion. Outstanding!

Avoid at all costs. All goes well when they're getting your money. Still waiting on my NDIS plan to be refunded for a product that did not meet Roads and Traffic Act NSW. I have reported to the NDIS fraud team and to quality safeguards for the abuse that myself, and support staff have received.

Outstanding products and customer service. I needed a mobility scooter as I had split my patela apart. I was able to rent one for a reasonable price and when I needed services they were there 24/7. Great range of products suited for the disability sector.

It looks like they have a good selection of scooters and the like. I hired a knee walker here and the price was good and the service was great.
