I had great training with Matt. As an older client he listened carefully to my goals taking in to account my injuries and prepared me a training program that was achievable with a bit of a difference. His experience and expertise in boxing training was challenging given my total lack of experience but made the time a lot of fun as well

Matt is hands down amazing at his job!Morning sessions with Matt set up my whole day, it's not only a great workout but also felt like catching up with a friend.Matt's great at targeting muscles that you didn't know you had, explaining the technique and ensuring you do it correctly.I highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to improve their fitness through boxing and strength through floor workouts and resistant bands.Keep up the great work!

Three months into my training with Matt, I am definitely seeing results. I’m fitter, more toned and definitely have more energy for all parts of my life. Matt is a great trainer – firm, calm and informed. Plus, he makes boxing fun: the sessions are a mix of core exercises as well as lots of boxing. I never miss a session. Thanks Matt!

Matt's FlexiFit sessions is everything I could of hoped for and more!He has really helped me push through and achieve my fitness goals & there is nothing better than hitting the pads before/ after a long day.
