This gym feels like a second home, the staff all greet you and the creche carers are exceptional. I trust everyone there and always feel like I'm cared for! Shoutout to James for being the light of the room when greeting everyone and Kristy and Sue in the creche for always taking care of my little girl while I get some training done. They also offer a range of classes with different styles to suit every individual and a range of personal trainers to accommodate your goals. 10/10 and always my second home xo

This gym is as well equipped as any gym in Brisbane. Has a weekly rate for much cheaper than any of their competitors around. Cough cough Snap fitness $15 a session even if your only working in the area a week.

Lovely staff and plenty of variety of equipment. I love the fact that there are so many different varieties of people working out so you don't feel like a lost sole in a muscle haven. The bathroom is clean and neat and welcoming with a lounge and sauna on top of regular facilities. Music is not to loud and there are a few TV's in front of the treadmills so you have something to watch or distract you if like me and you need it.

they got a lot of good stuff... but could use a couple more racks.. otherwise it is very nice and cheap!
