Wulong Tai Chi Kung Fu - Caulfield
My second year with North Caulfield group - a real mix of face to face classes and online! Lily has worked hard to keep classes going and adapt to online challenges. She is a skilled and caring teacher. On many days I do Ba Duan Jin at home with Lily's video - it is very calming. The routines I've learned so far are now so flowing and great to do. I love learning new things, even though I'm uncoordinated! The classes help my general health and managing back pain.
