Awesome place to bring your kids and families.. I took my kids and there cousins here last night.. awesome layout. The staff are very polite..

Had a great party there the kids had a ba with the rock climbing wall. The only reason for 4stars instead of 5 was there seemed to be only teenagers in charge, there may have been adult supervision from afar however there was none that I saw and it did put a few mums on edge as we had put our kids in thier hands however there was no incident and all ran smoothly.

Had my daughters birthday upstairs in the function room. The room needs a bit of love in terms of carpet and the main wall (has holes, staining) so for the price you pay to hire that room, it needs a bit of work. One of the toilets upstairs is out of order and has been for a while so that was frustrating. The activities were great for keeping the kids entertained. As for the staffing, you just need staff who are aware of the place and what is happening its frustrating speaking to staff who don't know and so guess the answer. Other than that I would have rated much higher but 3 stars is fair.

Daughter had her 10th birthday here. The most stress-free birthday ever. Kids had a ball and the staff were awesome!

My wife and took our son here for an impromptu birthday celebration with 2 of his mates. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much for them and they seemed happy to be there. These guys set the standard of service lacking in some of the other establishments.

Great place for kids party's, reasonable prices.

Was very disappointed . The staff was very delayed at serving the children's drinks at the party our guests had to wait 20 min for their coffee . When we approached a staff member the lack of tact and costumer service was inapt the response for the delays were met with retaliation and no apology . We have been there before and your other centres had exceeded and delivered but Caroline springs needs monitoring by management and more staff required very disappointed as this was a grandaughters birthday party.

Nice place and inexpensive. Kids can have lots of fun (rollerblading, wall climbing, jumping castles, laser tag, Birthday parties and so on while coffee shop is open with goodies for less active. :)
