Rimba Sweat Infrared Sauna Manly

Rimba Sweat has become essential to my nightshift routine. Alternating between red and blue chromotherapy depending on when I need to be energised/ relaxed. Beautiful space and lovely staff!

Beautiful and so relaxing place, loved the sauna for 2 people! As a Finn, it was so nice that you were able to decide the temperature, and just chill or perhaps listen to your favourite music or watch your favourite show from Netflix. The experience was so relaxing with essential oils and the sauna itself, that we definitely will be back. However, I would have loved to have a proper shower afterwards rather than heading home to shampoo my hair before going out, and one small minus because of the need of more privacy like proper doors or more soundproofing. Overall, the experience was very good and would definitely recommend this experience to everyone!

The most relaxing environment at rimba sweat, the customer service is always excellent, its always lovely to walk in to a friendly greeting from whoever is working that day. The saunas are always clean and hygienic and decorated beautifully!

Love Rimba - I signed on with their intro offer and haven't looked back. Main aim for me has been recovery and relaxation - seems to work! Staff are unreal and super helpful plus the set up is amazing, beautiful fitout, super clean and you feel like you start winding down as soon as you walk through the door!

Great facilities and all, just feels a bit like a cattle farm or something with curtains instead of doors and open ceilings so doesn't feel very private, otherwise not a huge bother and still awesome

Hands down the best infrared sauna in Sydney. The space is beautiful, clean & tranquil, the entire infrared experience amazing. I had such a lovely afternoon - already looking forward to my next session!

What a magical place! I have never felt so relaxed. I usually have to exit a standard sauna within about 10 minutes due to overheating, but the infrared sauna was a completely different experience and absolutely delightful! The different light options for skin health and relaxation are amazing. You can even catch up on your favourite programs on Netflix or stream music directly from the inbuilt iPad or simply sit and enjoy the rare sound of peace and quiet. Will definitely be back - the perfect place to unwind.

Our first experience with infrared and it was a great one. Room was tidy, clean and stylish with a lovely shower for post sauna, also had a great selection of entertainment (Netflix, Spotify and YouTube). Would definitely recommend.
