View to Fitness
After 12 months off exercise with back pain, I was skeptical about returning to a regular exercise routine that wouldn't agitate my lower back. Belinda was incredibly professional focussing on technique and providing suitable alternatives for exercises that I wasn't comfortable with. 12 months later I have fulfilled my fitness goals feeling stronger, fitter and free of back pain.
