I like this store, I feel their Vegan products are always up to date and I find new things to try. A bigger range so the prices are more competitive.

I had a coles bag in my hand with some staff in it and i was looking for some thing i have been to woolies werribee plaza they didnt have what i wanted but no one stopped me after comming to this store the security guard came to me and said coles bag not allowed i have to leave it out side and asked me what i wanted to buy both the term he sujested he cant do that i got angry and left and i wanted to talk to manager to ask why such bad behaviour the staff told me you have to leave your bag out side that is cindition of entry i went out side and saw the board there was no such condition i asked them they said dont teach me how tk do my job if you want to complain complain to manager.they harass people plus poor custemer service.

Just spoke to Daniel from Store Services Office Tarneit Gardens as my delivery order was missing items. He was extremely helpfulknowledgeable and no hesitation in putting into action a plan to fix the issue. Very close to my place and most often all my basic grocery and household items are available at Woolworths and other local shops. There's a fruit and vegetables store, cafe's, pizza and take away food stores and Chemist in and around the shopping centre.You don't need to walk far to get into any store you wish to shop.

Every time you visit this store they have NO trolleys available ( picture attached) and they won't open proper register on a weekday or weekend and Forced to use self check out with a full trolley!!!Staff is always chitchatting in the aisles but no one can open a another register to checkout customers!!!Really bad service !!!

Had a disappointing experience the second time at Woolworths Tarneit Gardens. Once they sold expired diary product and when I questioned, it was easily snubbed off. Today its another one - they have put a basket of Chocolates on sale for $8.80 and sold it for $22.00. I checked the invoice after I came home, since I bought 2 packets, I ended up payng $44.00 instead of $17.60. So, I had to go back to enquire. It is like, Oh
