Fantastic service unfortunately my car received a complementary clean and vacuum which was half done with no vacuum at all. Service done fine.

My service was made very easy, I had prearranged a hire vehicle roughly a month beforehand.I dropped my vehicle off the afternoon before then picked it back up the same time the next day. I had a vehicle the whole time without having to rely on anyone for pick ups /drop offs.I was not inconvenienced at all. They even gave my car a wash after the service.Thank you

Excellent service and communication skills. Service was completed in a timely manner and courtesy text when it was completed. Service done was explained to me when I went to pick up. Good price and capped. Car was nice and clean as put through car wash. Highly recommend and will go back again.

Had my 2017 MUX in for a turbo replacement. It was booked in for the diagnosis within a couple of days and booked in for the fix within a week. Each time they provided a car service to drop me back home and pick me up to grab the car once done. All done under warranty and with a smile, both when on the phone with them and in person. The icing on the cake? They power washed my engine bay and had it looking like new when they replaced the turbo. Unexpected, but very much appreciated (I had washed the car prior to taking it in, but not the engine bay!). Thanks Max and the whole crew there at Rex Gorell Isuzu - you have one very happy customer here and I'm telling anyone who'll listen! :)

Poor service. I was blamed for the failure of a part that was later proven to be faulty and replaced under warranty of the vehicle. It took 10 days before the vehicle was even looked at to find the fault and then another 5 days before getting the vehicle back. There was no replacement vehicle and therefore I had to pay others to do what I would have normally done myself. When the vehicle was handed back to me, at least it had been washed and vacuumed. The service department needs to learn more about customer service.

They didn’t tighten the sump plug so I had a big oil leak after a basic service. “Just bring it back in” as if I live next door and don’t need to be places.

Rex Gorell Isuzu Ute team provided me with excellent service while my vehicle was in for repairs and service. I am interstate traveller but was most impressed with the premises and the presentation of my vehicle once work completed. Staff excellent and the drop off and collection service was fantastic. If I was a Geelong resident this is my first choice. AC
