Great place to shop, friendly staff and very caring

Didn't have what I was looking for (size wise).But have gotten other stuff from here in the past.Good range. Friendly staff. Clean store.

We were passing through Dubbo and stopped in for more dog food. We ended up being just outside our 60 days for the loyalty reward discount but the manager very kindly applied it once she knew what we were doing. Very friendly service.

No customer service. Maybe if the staff at the counter looked up from their phones they would see people standing at the checkout waiting, or that someone has been standing at the fish section for over 15 minutes waiting for a staff member.

Friendly professional and helpful staff, great range of products.

We called the day before to let them know we will be driving from Sydney to buy 2 puppies listed on the RSPCA website. After 5 hours driving we spent a pleasant 2 hours there. Staff were just lovely and we were all happy to drive back to Sydney with our beautiful puppies Hazel and Maple.

I have a warranty issue for a set of dog clippers i purchased with my partner. After one clip of the dog the clippers won't cut any hair. I have followed the manual instructions to the letter. Have approached petbarn employees 4-5 times with my concerns and wish to have this either assessed for repair or refunded (as this is a discontinued product)Each time I am told to get the blades sharpened at the local shearing place for a cost of $50 and if after this sharpening the problem persists then they can put a warranty claim in.I feel misled when purchasing this product, if i had been told by the salesperson that every clip of my dog would cost me $50 i would never have purchased the product.

The lady was so helpful! We had just picked up our new puppyand were looking to size new collar and harness an the help we received was just amazing!
