Not the same quality of foods as the other branches (Chatswood and Kellyville are better).Good Customer service.Nice store set up.Rice cake is a disaster.Heaps shopping centre parking.

Chichen fried until very hard, very difficult to eat.. and not delicious at all. I dont know why this shop can survive? Please dont come here ..

I am a Korean and have been eating these for over 30 years. Chicken V Cessnock has given me the worst Korean fried chicken ever. Chicken was absolutely crab. Calamari ring was not bad but I would recommend local fish and chips shops. Only doing ok was the reddish coming with. I was extremely hungry but could not finish as it was really of bad taste.

The food was really bad. We got the rice cake but it tasted off, like it had been out for a while and was microwaved before it was served to us. You could see the separation between the marinade and some type of liquid, it tasted sour, the rice cake was hard. Just absolutely traumatised that I don’t think I can visit another chicken v branch. The chicken was edible but once again looked super old.

Food was decent. I was supposed to get 3 side only gave 2. Expensive compared to buying a half half got a sample pack. And alot of the chicken was really small compared to a half half and some of it was pure batter no chicken at all. They don't put the chicken in the bowl and give it a good toss to coat the chicken properly it's just drizzled on. All in all I think they ha e some good food just lazy in there preparation and selling fried batter is unacceptable

As can be seen from the photo, soup almost non-existent. Asked for a bit more soup, they said that it is like that and cannot add more. So stingy...

Chicken was hard and very chewy. Less sauce not like what they put in the picture. They put sign that they accept the dine voucher but when we paid for the food they said they don't accept that anymore and the paper need to be taken off. We were the only customer, they were not busy at all and come to the area that has the paper many many times but can't be bothered to take the sign off. Maybe to attract more people who actually wants to use the dine voucher like us. My husband doesn't mind that, but I do mind. That's weird and such as fraud to still put the sign and can't be bothered to take it off when they actually doesn't do that anymore.
